Returns
All returns must be initiated within 72 hours after the delivery date. All physical products must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived, including any extra bonus content, tags or items within the original package. The shop is not responsible for damages done during shipping, but please reach out to us and let us know if this happens. The shop is not responsible for return shipping prices. *Digital deliverables are non-refundable.

Wholesale Inquiries
Interested in having Chains On Charlie merchandise available at your store? Reach out to us and introduce yourself! Most of our stickers are available for commercial print. C.O.C also creates custom stickers for branding, promotion and advertisement purposes. We are always excited to link with different communities and grow closer to existing ones.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped between 3-5 business days. If an order is delayed by the shop we will notify you immediately. Most orders are delivered via USPS shipping with tracking included. Free shipping is available for all digital deliverables and physical orders over $10 USD. Shipping is available to the U.S, Mexico and Canada. Custom international orders are available. Digital deliverables have no geographical restrictions.
